How to design your tabletop game cards

Plan your card information
Determine what information each card type needs. Stats, effects, flavor text, and artwork should be planned before designing to ensure all elements fit comfortably.
Author a Forge workflow
Connect nodes to define the card layout, shared logic, exposed Inputs, and Outputs.
Define variants and Outputs
Use workflow logic and multiple Outputs when your game needs related card variants.
Run cards in Create
Fill in exposed Inputs, select the active Output, and review each generated card.
Export or collect
Export individual PNG files for digital distribution or your own print layout. You can also save cards to Collection so they re-evaluate the latest workflow and can be batch-exported as a ZIP of PNG files.

From prototype to lawful production

Card Forger supports quick iterations during game development. Update a Forge workflow and Collection cards based on it will re-evaluate the latest version.

Guest workflows, assets, drafts, and Collection cards stay local. When signed in, workflows, assets, and Collection cards sync across devices; Create drafts remain local.

Commercial use is allowed only when you own or license every asset and hold the rights required for the finished cards. Keep named-game supplements and fan content lawful, rights-respecting, and clearly unofficial.
