Guest data

Guest project data is stored only in your browser. This includes workflows, Create drafts, uploaded assets, Collection data, application state, and the storage notice preference. This data is not synced while you are a guest. Providers of externally hosted site resources may receive standard request data such as your IP address and browser information.

Signing in

If you choose to sign in, an authentication provider verifies your account. We receive account details needed for authentication, such as an account identifier, email address, name, profile image, and authentication metadata. The provider processes this information under its own privacy terms.

Signed-in sync

For signed-in users, Card Forger syncs editable user workflows, asset-library folders and files, and Collection names, cards, saved Input values, and Output selections. Built-in catalog content is not treated as your synced user workflow.

Create drafts remain only in the current browser and are not synced. Signing out does not itself delete local browser data or data already synced to your account.

Exports

PNG and Collection ZIP exports are generated in your browser and remain local downloads unless you choose to upload or share them. The export process does not add them to your synced account data.

Community workflow submissions

A workflow submitted for publication is stored with its bundle, preview image, description, tags, selected license, public display name, review status, moderator notes, and submission timestamps. Moderators can access pending submissions. Approved workflow metadata, previews, and bundles become publicly available for installation.

Unpublishing or deleting your account removes the workflow from public listings but cannot remove copies already installed or downloaded by other users.

Community creation submissions and hearts

Submitted creations include a finished PNG, a smaller preview, title, description, public display name, review status, moderator notes, and source workflow identifiers. Input settings and private workflow files are not included. Only moderators and the author can see pending images; approved creations become viewable and downloadable. Signed-in users can like each publication once. We store their account ID with their vote and show only the total and their own vote state to visitors.

No analytics or advertising cookies

Card Forger does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or analytics cookies. It uses browser storage for the features described above and to remember that you closed the storage notice.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until the app removes it or you clear this site's browser storage. Clearing browser data does not delete synced account data. Synced data remains until you delete your account through Account settings or request account-data deletion. The account deletion dialog can also remove that account's data from the current browser. It does not remove files already downloaded to your device or affect accounts held by external providers such as Google.

Requests and contact

To request access to or deletion of your account and synced data, email lach.wspolpraca@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Include "privacy request" and state what you want deleted; we may need to verify account ownership before acting.
