Using Card Forger

Card Forger is a beta tool for creating original card designs and fan concepts. You may use it for personal projects and lawful commercial projects subject to these Terms.

Commercial use is allowed only when you own, or have all appropriate rights and licenses to use commercially, every asset and item of content involved.

Third-party content

Card Forger may include unofficial, fan-made workflows and related reference assets for third-party games. Their names, marks, artwork, and other material belong to their respective owners. Card Forger does not claim ownership of them.

Card Forger is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by their owners. These materials support a fan workflow and demonstration; their inclusion does not grant a commercial license. They may be changed or removed.

Prohibited use

You may not use Card Forger to:

• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• pass fan-made or custom material off as official or authentic
• create or distribute counterfeit, deceptive, unlawful, or harmful content
• bypass license terms, publisher policies, or organized-play rules
• interfere with or misuse the service or another user's account or data

Printing, proxies, and distribution

You may print, share, distribute, or sell your work only to the extent permitted by all applicable rights, licenses, laws, game policies, and platform rules. Printed or digital material must not be represented as an official product when it is not.

Card Forger does not grant permission to use proxies or altered cards in organized play. Acceptance is determined by the relevant publisher, event, and judge.

Anti-counterfeit and authenticity clause

You may not use Card Forger to create cards or assets that:

• are intended to replicate official products in a way that could be mistaken for genuine
• imitate official layout, design, or branding with the purpose of deception
• could be used as counterfeit products

Creations that use third-party or fan content must remain clearly identifiable as fan-made and unofficial.

Your content and responsibility

You are fully responsible for all content you create, upload, or export using Card Forger.

By using the tool, you confirm that:

• you own or have appropriate rights and licenses for all assets and content you use
• your content and its intended use do not infringe third-party rights
• you accept responsibility for claims arising from your content or conduct

Card Forger does not grant rights to third-party content merely because it is available in, imported into, or exported from the tool. We may restrict access or remove synced material to address violations, legal requests, or service security.

Commercial use

Lawful commercial distribution, monetization, paid services, and products are allowed only when you hold every permission required for all included content and assets. Built-in or third-party fan assets do not by themselves include those permissions.

No warranties

Card Forger is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• availability or uptime
• data persistence
• correctness or completeness of generated content

Use the tool at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Card Forger and its creator shall not be liable for:

• misuse of generated content
• legal claims arising from user-created materials
• loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Changes and discontinuation

We may update, modify, or discontinue Card Forger or these Terms at any time without notice.

Continued use of the tool means you accept the latest version of the Terms.

Governing principles

These Terms are intended to ensure compliance with applicable intellectual property laws and fan content policies.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of Card Forger complies with local laws and platform rules where content is shared.
