  1. About this tool

    Card Forger is a free, fan-made tool for designing original, custom card concepts inspired by existing games. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

    Card Forger is intended solely as a creative tool for fan projects (e.g. sharing concepts on community platforms such as Discord or Reddit). It is not intended for producing official or commercial-ready products.

  2. Fan content & third-party assets

    Card Forger may display visual elements inspired by or derived from intellectual property owned by Riot Games, including assets related to Riftbound.

    These assets are used strictly for demonstrational and fan-content purposes only.

    Card Forger is:

    • not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Riot Games
    • not an official product or service

    All trademarks, logos, characters, and assets remain the property of their respective owners.

    We do not guarantee that any third-party assets will remain available on the platform and reserve the right to remove them at any time without notice.

  3. Acceptable use

    You may use Card Forger only to create original, fan-made card concepts.

    You may NOT:

    • reproduce or recreate official cards in a 1:1 manner
    • create content that is misleadingly similar to official products
    • distribute exports as official or authentic game assets
    • use the tool for commercial, printing, or resale purposes (except as explicitly allowed below)
    • use generated assets in any way that violates intellectual property rights

  4. Printing, proxies and distribution

    Exports generated using Card Forger are intended primarily for digital, personal, and showcase use.

    Limited physical use is permitted only under the following conditions:

    • you may print and use cards solely for personal, non-commercial gameplay (e.g. casual play, tokens, or proxies)
    • such use must comply with the rules and policies of the relevant game and publisher (including those of Riot Games)
    • printed materials must not be represented as official or authentic products

    You are explicitly not allowed to:

    • sell, distribute, or commercially use printed cards
    • mass-produce physical copies
    • use printed cards in official tournaments or organized play where proxies are not allowed
    • reproduce official cards in a 1:1 or misleadingly similar way

    Proxies and alters (Riftbound context)

    Card Forger acknowledges that some games (including Riftbound) may allow limited use of proxies or altered cards under specific conditions.

    However:

    • Card Forger does not grant any rights to use proxies in official or competitive environments
    • acceptance of proxies or altered cards is entirely subject to official game rules and judge discretion
    • users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable rules, including restrictions on tournament play, broadcast matches, and content guidelines

  5. Anti-counterfeit and authenticity clause

    You may not use Card Forger to create cards or assets that:

    • are intended to replicate official products in a way that could be mistaken for genuine
    • imitate official layout, design, or branding with the purpose of deception
    • could be used as counterfeit or substitute products in any context

    All creations must remain clearly identifiable as fan-made, unofficial content.

  6. Your content

    You are fully responsible for all content you create, upload, or export using Card Forger.

    By using the tool, you confirm that:

    • you own or have permission to use all uploaded assets (artwork, fonts, text, logos)
    • your content does not infringe third-party rights

    We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if these terms are violated.

  7. No commercial use

    Card Forger and all content created with it may not be used for:

    • commercial distribution
    • monetization (direct or indirect)
    • paid services or products

  8. No warranties

    Card Forger is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

    We do not guarantee:

    • availability or uptime
    • data persistence
    • correctness or completeness of generated content

    Use the tool at your own risk.

  9. Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Card Forger and its creator shall not be liable for:

    • misuse of generated content
    • legal claims arising from user-created materials
    • loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

  10. Changes and discontinuation

    We may update, modify, or discontinue Card Forger or these Terms at any time without notice.

    Continued use of the tool means you accept the latest version of the Terms.

  11. Governing principles

    These Terms are intended to ensure compliance with applicable intellectual property laws and fan content policies.

    Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of Card Forger complies with local laws and platform rules where content is shared.
